How long can I rent a storage unit?

You may rent space with us for as long as you need. Our minimum rental agreement is one month.

What size unit would I need?

Please take a look at our storage units online these will give you a good idea of size or alternatively give us a call on 021 704 0153 to discuss your requirements.

When is my rent due?

Your rent would be due on the Anniversary date you moved in. For example, you moved in on the 10th of the month then your rent would be due on the 10th of every month that follows.

What security features do you have?

Our facility has 24 hour guard, cctv cameras monitored both on and off site, fully alarmed, fully electrified.

What items cannot be stored in my unit?

No hazardous materials may be stored in the units. This includes flammable, explosives, corrosives, or poisons. No food items should be stored in your unit.

What is a drive-up unit?

A drive-up unit is a ground-level unit that is easily accessible to load or unload your belongings.

When can I access my unit?

Monday to Sat 7-6 or any other by prior arrangement

Do you provide locks?

Yes, you can purchase a new lock at the office. Only you will have a key for your lock and unit. You may also bring your own lock.

Does anyone else have access to my unit?

No one has access to your unit unless you give them the key to your unit. If you do give someone else access to your unit, it’s important that you provide us with their names in writing.

If I forget my gate access code, what do I do?

Contact the Manager directly for assistance.

Do you provide moving equipment such as push carts?

Yes, there are loading carts in the hallway of the climate-controlled buildings. The only thing we ask is that you put them back when you are finished using them.

Does your facility accommodate large moving trucks and tractor-trailers?

Certain units are more accessible than others. Please consult with the Manager if you expect to have a tractor-trailer delivery.

Do you sell storage and moving supplies such as boxes and tape?

Yes, we offer a full line of moving supplies at each of our locations. We have small, medium, and large boxes, paper to wrap your valuables, bubble wrap, and tape.

How can I pay my account?

Our preferred method of payment is Direct debit orders.

How much notice do I need to give you before moving out?

Please give us as much notice as possible. When you are done with the unit, please sweep it out, remove your lock, and stop by our office on your way out to let us know you’ve vacated your unit. This will allow us to make sure you do not incur any unnecessary rental charges.
